The hotel staff's warmth and dedication stood out, providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond, especially during the unexpected encounter with Hurricane Roslyn. Despite the challenging situation, the staff managed to serve breakfast and ensure the guests' safety, showcasing their professionalism and care.
